Text
The commissioner shall have the power to make, issue, amend and rescind such rules, regulations and orders as are necessary or appropriate to carry out the provisions of this act. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such rules, regulations or orders may define the terms used in this act. L.1941, c. 308, p. 841, s. 17.
