Except as otherwise provided in this act, the Department of Health, the Department of Environmental Protection, the Department of Labor and the Department of the Treasury shall adopt any rules and regulations necessary to carry out their respective responsibilities under this act. L.1983, c. 315, s. 32, eff. Aug. 29, 1984.
