10.
a.The Department of Health shall maintain a file of all completed workplace surveys received from employers. Each workplace survey received shall be retained by the department for 30 years. The department shall also retain for 30 years each hazardous substance fact sheet.
b.The department shall require every employer to update the workplace survey for his facility every five years, and shall supply each employer with any necessary additional hazardous substance fact sheets. If any additional workplace hazardous substance is present at the employer's facility during a non-reporting year that had not been previously reported, the employer shall inform the department and all other appropriate departments or entities which receive a copy of the completed survey as required pursuant to se
