§ 34:5A-29 — Right to enter facility to determine compliance

a. The Department of Health shall have the right to enter an employer's facility during the normal operating hours of the facility to determine the employer's compliance with the provisions of subsection a. of section 7, and sections 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 of this act, and any rules and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto. b. The Department of Environmental Protection shall have the right to enter an employer's facility during the normal operating hours of the facility to determine compliance with subsection b. of section 7 and section 9 of this act, and any rules and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
