Text

Substances not included on the workplace hazardous substance list or the environmental hazardous substance list shall not be subject to the reporting provisions of this act. However, the absence of any substance from the workplace hazardous substance list or the environmental hazardous substance list, or the provision of any information by an employer to an employee or any other person pursuant to the provisions of this act, shall not in any way affect any other liability of an employer with regard to safeguarding the health and safety of an employee or any other person exposed to the substance, nor shall it affect any other duty or responsibility of an employer to warn ultimate users of a substance of any potential health hazards associated with the use of the substance pursuant to the pr
