§ 34:1B-83 — Assistance to key industries

4.The commissioner may undertake to act through the Division of Economic Development, or through a nonprofit entity which may include a nonprofit corporation organized to implement the recommendations of the economic master plan commission, to assist key industries with: a. The creation of industry sector networks and the development of a program designed to train persons who would assist in the formation of such networks; b. The development of industry related markets; c. The establishment of industry related training and education programs; d. The improvement of industry products or quality of services; e. The development of solutions to industry problems that hinder the marketing of products or services; f. The adoption of policies to assure that industry proprietary information remain
