§ 34:1B-106 — Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
7.The department may adopt, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes of this amendatory and supplementary act. L.1995,c.210,s.7.
