Text
All provisions of the resolution and all covenants and agreements shall constitute valid and legally-binding contracts between the authority and the several holders of the bonds, regardless of the time of issuance of the bonds, and shall be enforceable by holders by appropriate action, suit or proceeding in any court of competent jurisdiction or by proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ. L. 1985, c. 386, s. 12, eff. Dec. 18, 1985.
