Text

A violation of the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to section 1 of this act shall be deemed to be a violation of P.L.1963, c. 150 (C. 34:11-56.25 et seq.). The Commissioner of Labor and Industry and any worker shall have the same powers of enforcement against violations of such rules and regulations as are provided by Sections 11 through 16, inclusive, of P.L.1963, c. 150 (C. 34:11-56.35--34:11-56.40). L.1979, c. 303, s. 3, eff. Jan. 17, 1980.
