90.
a.There is established in the New Jersey Economic Development Authority a Working Group on Entrepreneur Zones for the purpose of making recommendations for the establishment of entrepreneur zones throughout the State. The working group shall consider whether the establishment of entrepreneur zones in which the State provides the tax incentives, regulation relief, and financial support to local entrepreneurs is the most effective way to create jobs in the State. The working group shall identify census tracts within the State that are suitable for designation as an entrepreneur zone.
b.The working group shall consist of 14 members appointed by the chief executive officer of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.
c.Appointments to the working group shall be made within 30 days
