§ 34:1B-236 — Authorization, procedure for transfers.
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
30.All transfers directed by this act shall take place in accordance with the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L.1971, c.375 (C.52:14D-1 et seq.), except as provided in this act. L.2008, c.27, s.30.
