8.
a.The functions, powers, and duties of the Office of Marketing and Communications in the New Jersey Commerce Commission are continued and are transferred to the Division of Business Assistance, Marketing, and International Trade.
b.Whenever, in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding, or otherwise, reference is made to the Office of Marketing and Communications in the New Jersey Commerce Commission, the same shall mean and refer to the division. L.2008, c.27, s.8.
