7.
a.The functions, powers, and duties of the Executive Director of the New Jersey Commerce Commission, established pursuant to section 31 of P.L.2007, c.253 (C.52:27C-71.1), except as otherwise provided, are continued and transferred to the Director of the Division of Business Assistance, Marketing, and International Trade.
b.Whenever, in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding, or otherwise, reference is made to the Executive Director of the New Jersey Commerce Commission, the same shall mean and refer to the director of the division. L.2008, c.27, s.7.
