17.Bonds issued by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority or other State entity for the purposes as provided in section 16 of P.L.2007, c.30 (C.34:1B-205) shall not be a debt or liability of the State or any agency or instrumentality thereof, except as otherwise provided by section 16 of P.L.2007, c.30 (C.34:1B-205), either legal, moral or otherwise. L.2007, c.30,s.17.
