11.After adoption of the ordinance establishing a district, there shall be no expansion or contraction of the boundaries of the district or the designation of the pledged revenues without adoption of an amending ordinance approved by the treasurer as provided in sections 9 and 10 of P.L.2007, c.30 (C.34:1B-198 and C.34:1B-199). L.2007, c.30,s.11.
