§ 34:1B-184 — Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
7.The authority shall adopt, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), any rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2003,c.182,s.7.
