New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
10.The authority may adopt, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1998,c.94,s.10.
