§ 34:16-55 — Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
The Commissioner of Labor shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) to effectuate the purposes of this act. L. 1987, c. 455, s. 5.
