§ 34:16-23 — Terms of office; vacancies
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
Of the members of the commission appointed by the Governor, the first members shall be appointed, 3 for 1 year, 3 for 2 years, 2 for 3 years, and their successors shall be appointed for terms of 3 years. The members so appointed shall hold over until their respective successors are appointed and shall qualify. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired terms only. L.1955, c. 64, p. 213, s. 4.
