The provisions of P.L.1941, c. 308 (C. 34:6-136.1 et seq.) relating to the ratio of employees engaged in home work to those employed in a factory and the requirement for an employer's permit shall not apply to an extended employment program of a sheltered workshop. L.1973, c. 45, s. 3, eff. Feb. 27, 1973.
