§ 34:13A-8 — Strikes
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
Nothing in this act shall be construed to interfere with, impede or diminish in any way the right of private employees to strike or engage in other lawful concerted activities. L.1941, c. 100, p. 231, s.
