New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
Nothing contained in this act shall be construed as interfering with, impeding or diminishing in any way any right guaranteed by law or by the Constitution of the State or of the United States. L.1941, c. 100, p. 232, s. 12.
