9.Beginning on the July 1 next following the enactment of P.L.1995, c.425 (C.34:13A-14a et al.) and each July 1 thereafter, the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission shall perform, or cause to be performed, a survey of private sector wage increases for use by all interested parties in public sector wage negotiations. The survey shall include information on a Statewide and countywide basis. The survey shall be completed by September 1 next following enactment and by September 1 of each year thereafter. The survey shall be a public document and the commission shall make it available to all interested parties at a cost not exceeding the actual cost of producing the survey. L.1995,c.425,s.9.
