Text
The owner of any premises used in whole or in part as a place of employment shall be responsible for its structural adequacy, protection against the origin and spread of fire and for the provision of adequate general ventilation and lighting, emergency egresses, fire warning systems and for safe elevator systems. L.1965, c. 154, s. 4.
