§ 34:6A-18 — Appeals
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
Except as otherwise provided herein, relief from any final order, ruling, or action of the commissioner made pursuant to this act may be sought by application to the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. L.1965, c. 154, s. 18.
