§ 34:21-4 — Construction of act relative to collective bargaining agreements.
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
4.This act shall not be construed as limiting or modifying any provision of a collective bargaining agreement which requires notification, severance payment or other benefits on terms which are more favorable to employees than those required by this act. L.2007, c.212, s.4.
