§ 34:16-31 — Hearings
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
Any individual applying for or receiving vocational rehabilitation or independent living rehabilitation who is aggrieved by any action or inaction of the commission shall be entitled in accordance with regulations to a hearing by the commission. L.1955, c. 64, p. 216, s.
