It shall be unlawful for any manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer and for any of their stockholders, officers, directors and employees, to participate, directly or indirectly, in any transactions which are declared unlawful by the preceding paragraphs of this act. L.1939, c. 87, p. 175, s. 3.
