§ 33:1-78 — Bottling without license; misdemeanor
New Jersey·Title 33 INTOXICATING LIQUORS
Any person, except a person holding a brewery, distillery, winery or rectifier's license under this chapter, who shall bottle alcoholic beverages for sale or resale shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
