33:1-14. Class E licenses shall be subdivided and classified as follows: Public warehouse license.
1.The holder of this license shall be entitled, subject to rules and regulations, to receive for purposes of storing and warehousing and to store and warehouse alcoholic beverages in the licensed public warehouse; but this license shall not authorize the transportation of alcoholic beverages. The fee for this license shall be $500. Broker's license.
2.The holder of this license shall be entitled, subject to rules and regulations, to act as a broker in the purchase and sale of alcoholic beverages for a fee or commission, for or on behalf of a person authorized to manufacture or sell at wholesale alcoholic beverages within or without the State. Such license shall not entitle the holder to buy
