This act is in addition to and not in exclusion of municipal regulations, limiting the number of licenses to sell alcoholic beverages at retail, duly adopted pursuant to the authority granted by section 33:1-40 of the Revised Statutes. L.1947, c. 94, p. 503, s. 9.
