Text
The fact of the possession or presentation of the identification card prescribed by this act by any person in connection with the purchase or attempted purchase, of any alcoholic beverage from any alcoholic beverage licensee shall not be deemed to relieve such licensee of the obligations, responsibilities, or liabilities imposed by law upon such licensee. L.1968, c. 313, s. 7, eff. Sept. 26, 1968.
