Text
It shall be the duty of the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control in the Department of Law and Public Safety to supervise the manufacture, distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages in such a manner as to fulfill the public policy and legislative purpose of this act as expressed in section 4 of P.L. 1985, c. 258 (C. 33:1-3.1). Amended by L. 1985, c. 258, s. 1, eff. July 31, 1985.
