§ 32:3A-2 — Effective date
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
This act shall take effect upon the enactment of substantially similar legislation by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or, if such legislation shall already have been enacted, this act shall take effect immediately. L.1962, c. 209, s. 2.
