28.
a.There shall be three commissioners of the Gateway Development Commission appointed from this State, in accordance with P.L.2019, c.195 (C.32:36-1 et al.).
b.The three commissioners shall be appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate.
c.Each commissioner appointed pursuant to this section shall be a resident voter of the State of New Jersey at the time of appointment and while serving on the Gateway Development Commission. An individual shall not be appointed to the office of commissioner unless the individual has been a resident voter of the State of New Jersey for at least the two years immediately preceding appointment.
d.All vacancies in the office of commissioner of the Gateway Development Commission shall be filled pursuant to the provisions of subs
