12.Nothing in this compact shall be construed to: a. Withdraw or limit the jurisdiction of any state or local court or administrative officer or body with respect to any person, corporation or other entity or subject matter, except to the extent that such jurisdiction pursuant to this compact is expressly conferred upon another agency or body.
b.Supersede or limit the jurisdiction of any court of the United States. L.1991,c.457,s.12.
