§ 32:30-18 — "Executive head" defined
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
As used in the compact, with reference to this State, the term "executive head" shall mean the Governor. L.1967, c. 176, s. 18, eff. July 25, 1967.
