Text
Filing of documents as required by Article III(j) of the compact shall be with the Secretary of State and State Librarian. Any and all notices required by commission by-laws to be given pursuant to Article III(j) of the compact shall be given to the commissioner of this State, his alternate, if any, and the Attorney General. L.1964, c. 54, s. 8.
