§ 32:22B-1 — Tri-State Transportation Compact
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
The State of New Jersey hereby agrees with the States of Connecticut and New York, upon enactment by each of them of legislation having the same effect as this section, to the following compact: L.1965, c. 12, s. 1.
