Text
The said agreement or compact when signed or sealed by the commissioners of each state, as hereinbefore provided, shall become binding upon the state of New Jersey and shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state of the state of New Jersey. L.1935, c. 321, s. 3, p. 1053.
