32:14-6. Palisades Interstate Park Commission shall have power to acquire, maintain and make available for use as part of Palisades Interstate Park the lands located as described in R.S.32:14-5, and, for such purposes, shall have power to acquire in fee or otherwise, by purchase, gift, or devise, but not by eminent domain, such lands or parts thereof, and any rights, interests and easements therein. The commission shall also have power to acquire by purchase, gift, or devise, but not by eminent domain, for the purposes herein set forth, any lands on the top of the Palisades or any rights, interests or easements therein. Deeds of conveyance for the lands shall be made to the commission by its corporate name. Amended 1939,c.191,s.6; 1995,c.274,s.4.
