Text
Palisades Interstate Park Commission shall have power to lay out, construct and maintain roads, pathways and boulevards upon, across and over the portions of Palisades Interstate Park in this State; lay out, construct and maintain roads between and connecting any separated portions of the park, and, for this purpose, may acquire rights of way upon and across any intervening lands; and lay out, construct and maintain roads and ways connecting the roads and ways within the park with other public roads outside of and adjacent thereto. Amended by L.1939, c. 191, p. 557, s. 14.
