§ 30:7C-12 — Powers

New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
The commissioner of the Department of Institutions and Agencies is hereby authorized and directed to do all things necessary or incidental to the carrying out of the compact in every particular and he may in his discretion delegate this authority to some other appropriate official. L.1973, c. 15.
