9.The Commissioner of Human Services shall study and assess the Central Registry of Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities, and report two years after the effective date of this act to the Governor, and to the Legislature pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), on the viability of extending the central registry to cover other populations served by the department. L.2010, c.5, s.9.
