§ 30:6D-22 — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
The Commissioner of the Department of Human Services shall promulgate those rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate this act. L.1983, c. 524, s. 10, eff. Jan. 17, 1984.
