3.As used in this act: "Autism" includes autism spectrum disorders to the extent determined by the council to be appropriate. "Center" means the Center of Excellence for Autism established pursuant to this act. "Council" means the "Governor's Council for Medical Research and Treatment of Autism" established pursuant to this act. L.1999, c.105, s.3; amended L.2007, c.168, s.3.
