§ 30:6D-47 — Submission of gross revenue reports.

5.An ICF-MR shall submit appropriate gross revenue reports to the Director of the Division of Revenue on a quarterly basis. The Director of the Division of Revenue shall develop procedures, forms and appropriate time lines for an ICF-MR to follow in making its reports. L.1998,c.40,s.5.
