8.Notwithstanding any provisions of this act to the contrary, the eligibility of persons with intellectual disabilities for services of the division shall continue as provided in chapter 4 of Title 30 of the Revised Statutes. L.1985, c.145, s.8; amended 2010, c.50, s.55.
