§ 30:4E-7 — Definitions
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
As used in this act: a. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services.
b."Program" means the Home Care Expansion Program. L. 1988, c. 92, s. 3.
