§ 30:4A-13 — Active treatments within discretion of superintendent
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
In addition to the diagnostic services to be rendered, the superintendent shall in his discretion arrange for active treatment of any person requiring same during the period of diagnostic observation. L.1946, c. 118, p. 554, s. 13.
